Generali Country Italia has once again obtained awards at the awards ceremony this year AIFIn, dedicated to innovation in the banking, insurance and finance sector, and de Le Fonti HR Innovation & Diversity Awards 2019.
At the awards ceremony AIFIn “HR & Organization – Innovation Award” 2019, which was held on November 6 at the Hotel Gran Visconti Palace in Milan, Generali Italia was awarded the prize as “best financial institution” in HR and Organization thanks to Feedback Up, an innovative fully internally developed responsive app that encourages the exchange of structured feedback between Generali Italia colleagues in the logic of continuous feedback.
“The award is aimed at evaluating HR and Organizational initiatives aimed at stimulating, managing and implementing the innovation process”. The Company, again in the "HR" category, then obtained 2 awards a Le Fonti HR Innovation & Diversity Awards 2019, the event was held last night at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan.
With the project Diversity & Inclusion: “For having promoted, with the 2018-2021 D&I Plan, one of the most articulated and appreciated diversity and work-life balance projects with a focus on gender, age and culture. Through meetings, hackathon career days at universities and an online community, Generali is a true leader of inclusion in Italy.
With the company HR Project of the Innovation Year "Collective Intelligence" through which Generali Italia has placed training at the center as a generator of innovation and value for its employees: "For having stimulated their voluntary and active participation, thus creating contexts for generating ideas to contribute to corporate transformation and of the community".
