Rocketing start for the title of Indel B in Piazza Affari. On the first day of listing on the Milan Stock Exchange, the company active in the market of refrigeration systems for furniture scores a spectacular rise. Just over two hours after the close of trading, the shares gained 16,5%, to 26,80 euros.
During the institutional placement period, Indel B raised 31,3 million euro, net of fees and without considering any exercise of the greenshoe option, for a post capital increase capitalization of approximately 128,4 million. The free float at admission is 25,53 percent.
