Financier Tarak Ben Ammar, in his capacity as director of the parent company of Telecom Italia Media, that he has never had a direct involvement nor has ever been interested in the alleged acquisition operations of Telecom Italia Media: "I deny any news relating to my involvement in purchase of the company, as I have already done on numerous other occasions”.
Ben Ammar has so denied the press rumors that they wanted him among the new members of the group controlled by Telecom, rumors that made the stock soar on the Stock Exchange, now suspended upwards.
