Amundi's PIRs collect 125 million and 13.000 customers in two months

Amundi Valore Italia PIR and Amundi Dividendo Italia, available in class P and B since 29 March and 18 April respectively, have already raised over €125 million e have been subscribed by more than 13.000 customers, at the branches of the Crédit Agricole Banking Group
Italy. This was communicated by the French giant who recalls the following characteristics of the Pir of the stable:

Amundi Valore Italia PIR, available in class P (with the asset management company acting as withholding agent) and class B (with the placer acting as withholding agent), is a diversified fund with a predefined risk budget whose portfolio of bonds and equities focuses on issues by Italian companies, including small and mid caps, with the aim of achieving moderate capital growth in the medium term and an indicator SRRI (synthetic risk/return index) equal to 5 on a scale of 1 to 7;

Amundi Dividend Italy, is a pre-existing equity fund focused on Italy which from 18th April is to all intents and purposes “PIR”, available in class P (with the asset management company acting as withholding agent) and class B (the role of withholding agent may be held by the placer). The fund provides for the distribution of income on an annual basis and aims for significant growth of the invested capital over a long-term time horizon, with an indicator SRRI equal to 6 on a scale of 7.

Alessandro Varaldo, The Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Amundi SGR comments on the data as follows: “Our promptness in launching the PIR funds and having worked towards diversifying the offer, through two different funds, have rewarded us in terms of funding and amplify the our ability to respond to customers. Robert Ghisellini, Deputy General Manager of the Crédit Agricole Italia Banking Group, adds that “The close synergy that exists between the Crédit Agricole Italia Banking Group and the Agricole product companies in our country, including Amundi which is the European leader in asset management, it has allowed us to be timely with over €125 million collected and more than 13.000 customers in less than two months”.
