Hera: new bond loan under the EMTN program for 500 million euro

Today Hera SpA launched the placement of a bond issue under the Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) program for a total amount of Euro 500 million in principal, to be placed exclusively with institutional investors.

Today Hera SpA launched the placement of a bond issue under the Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) program for a total amount of Euro 500 million in principal, to be placed exclusively with institutional investors.

The bond placement is handled by Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Citi, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca and UniCredit as joint bookrunner. The Company is assisted by Legance Studio Legale Associato. Said loan, the settlement of which is expected on 4 October next subject, inter alia, to the stipulation of the related contractual documentation, will have the following characteristics: Euro 500 million, maturity 2021, coupon 3,25%, yield 3,337% per annum.
The loan will be listed on the regulated market managed by the Luxembourg stock exchange.
