Hera launches 100 million bonds

Ivy issued a bond loan in two tranches under the "Euro Medium Term Notes" program for a total principal amount of 100 million euro. The bond will be placed exclusively with institutional investors.

The issue will be completed by 31 December "in order to optimize the management of the company's financial structure in the medium-long term - reads a note from the utility -, also through the refinancing of existing debt".

According to Maurizio Chiarini, Hera's managing director, “the issue is particularly positive because, as part of a financial management strategy, it has allowed us to seize the dual objective in terms of interesting cost and duration opportunities”.

At the beginning of the afternoon, Hera shares gained 1,3% in Piazza Affari.
