The Municipality of Udine will become part of the Hera Syndicate Agreement with its representative and will be present on the AcegasAps Board of Directors. The aggregation of Amga follows by a few months the strengthening of the Hera group (again through AcegasAps), in the activities in the province of Gorizia and represents a further step in the policy of development and rationalization of the presence of the Bologna multiutility in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, which can already count on the industrial and operational roots of AcegasAps, integrated at the beginning of 2013.
