Gtech: agreement with the tax authorities, paid 35 million

The company active in the trade and supply of technology in the authorized gaming sector has reached an agreement with the Revenue Agency to settle some outstanding issues – Gtech will pay the tax authorities 34,7 million for 2013.

Gtech has reached an agreement for the settlement of some pending matters with the Revenue Agency. The announcement was made by the same company, active in the trade and supply of technology in the authorized gaming sector. The agreement with the Tax Authorities, reads the press release, "concerned the corporate reorganization and the consequent restructuring of credit relations, a dispute over the game of Bingo in Italy referring to the period 2002-2004 and some findings relating to the acquisition of company in the gaming machine sector carried out in the years 2007-2008".

The total costs for the company amounted to €34,7 million in 2013. The settlement entails costs totaling €34,7 million in 2013, compared with €6,3 million set aside in previous years.
