They are 35 "priority actions" that the Greek government led by Alexis Tsipras will have to undertake to respect in order to honor the agreements with creditors and obtain those 85 billion euros essential to avoid bankruptcy.

The main measures include

- the taxation of commercial industry, which will hit the caste of Greek shipowners;

– the gradual cancellation of pre-retirements;

– the deregulation of the sector the energy;

– a review of tax benefits for islands;

- the liberalizations;

– interventions on the costs of generic medicines;

– a new plan of privatizations.

The "technical" agreement reached yesterday will be voted by the Greek Parliament tomorrow, Thursday 13 August, while the following day the Eurogroup will meet to ratify it. In the text, Greece has set as targets a primary deficit of 0,25% in 2015 and a primary surplus of 0,5% in 2016, 1,75% in 2017 and 3,5% in 2018.
