GO internet and Linkem have signed an agreement on the Lte service in Umbria. The agreement provides that GO internet can purchase from Linkem, in wholesale mode, on a non-exclusive basis, the "LTE Fixed Wireless Access Services" for the Umbria region, allowing the company to conquer another region of the Center North, after Marche and Emilia Romagna. The agreement also provides that both companies can apply the symmetrical wholesale of FWA services also to the Emilia Romagna region. "This agreement represents a significant opportunity to strengthen our presence in Umbria, a region with excellent potential and where we already offer the ultra-fast fiber service in major centers such as Perugia" commented Flavio Ubaldi, chief operating officer of GO internet. “Furthermore, thanks to the wholesale agreement, we aim to reach a greater number of users in Emilia Romagna as well”. "This further agreement with GO internet goes in the direction of strengthening the creation of value in the territories by enabling the supply of broadband and ultra-broadband connectivity based on technologically innovative solutions such as Fixed Wireless Access" added Davide Rota, Linkem CEO. Finally, GO internet specifies that the agreement was subject to the obligations set out in the "Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties".
