The achievements on European stocks prevail after the mini agreement on banking supervision reached overnight at the European summit. Frankfurt drops 0,35%, Paris -0,32% and London moves close to parity at -0,06%.

Milan is the heaviest with a drop of 1,3% dragged down by Mediaset -4,53% after the Mediobanca report which estimates losses of almost 100 million in the third quarter due to the storm that is hitting the advertising market. Analysts cut the target price downwards to 1,12 euro with an underperform opinion. Finmeccanica also down -3,19% after the indiscretions of Il Mondo according to which the group would have in mind to abandon the IPO hypothesis for the sale of Avio. Furthermore, according to press reports, Hitachi allegedly withdrew from the Ansaldo STS-Breda dossier. At the bottom of the Ftse Mib is 2,95% Stm and Diasorin 2,87%.
