The component that measures the current situation showed growth from 109,4 to 110,1, exceeding the consensus at 109,7.
Again in July, the climate of consumer confidence improved in Italy. The index calculated by Istat has, in fact, gone from 95,8 points in June to the current 97,3. The component on the current situation grew, from 92,6 to 96,1, while that on the future climate was substantially stable, going from 99,4 to 99,6.
