Giovanni Liverani, currently head of the EMEA area (Europe, Middle East, Africa), will join the Group Management Committee of Generali (GMC) on 2015 January 2015, assuming the role of CEO of Generali Deutschland Holding effective XNUMX April XNUMX.

The new head of the EMEA area will be announced shortly. The current CEO of Generali Deutschland, Dietmar Meister, will be appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Generali Deutschland and will fill the role currently held by Wolfgang Kaske, who will step down after 16 years.
