Generali: The Mobile Hub app wins the Argus de l'assurance digitale award

In Paris, the Generali Group received the Argus de l'assurance digitale award in the “Best Digital Strategy” category for the Mobile Hub product, the mobile app launched internationally and known in France as Mon Generali.

"The award - declares the company in a note - is recognition of the Group's commitment to implementing its strategic plan with an increasingly digital and innovative approach, which makes Generali simpler, smarter, faster".

Mobile Hub is a tool that offers customers the ability to interact with their insurer via mobile. Through this platform, customers can autonomously manage their insurance products directly from their mobile phone and, in the event of an emergency, contact an agent to request assistance, monitoring the process in real time. So far this service is present in France and Switzerland and will be implemented in other countries as well.

Isabelle Conner, Group Chief Marketing & Customer Officer of Generali, commented: “This award recognizes the great work done by the Generali Group and confirms our ability to be at the forefront of digital innovation. Through the adoption of increasingly customized solutions, we want to increase brand visibility and significantly increase the level of consumer preference, in line with our customer-oriented strategy. ”

Carline Huslin, Director Marketing and Experience Clients Multicanal of Generali France, added: “This award is the recognition of a project of great importance in the context of our transformation path. Thanks also to the collaboration with Europ Assistance we have managed to offer a more intuitive experience for the customer and greater agility in solving problems.”
