Gavio, 200 million bond on the way

The group Gavio is preparing to issue a 200 million euro bond. Yesterday the BoD of Autostrade Torino Milano, the company controlled by the Gavio family through Aurelia, and which in turn is in the capital of Impregilo through Igli, writes MF, "decided to evaluate, with reference to the debt maturing in 2013 to Astm and the subsidiary Igli (totalling approximately 328 million euro), the issue of a non-convertible bond loan on the Euromarket for an amount not exceeding 200 million euro”.

The goal is to lengthen the average life of the debt. "Where market conditions allow for its issue in the near future, it would constitute an alternative or complementary funding instrument" with respect to the capital increase, for which the Board of Directors was delegated last April.
