From toga to bubbles: Eleonora Bianchi of Terre D'Aenòr wants to revolutionize the world of Franciacorta

A story of success, passion and innovation. Is called Eleanor Bianchi and she is the young entrepreneur under 30 who is behind the project Lands of Aenòr, based in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the province of Brescia, in the historic residence of Palazzo Bianchi. Founded in 2018, by will of the Bianchi family, the company has 42 hectares of vineyards in the Franciacorta area in 7 different municipalities for a total of approximately 26 plots, with the aim of producing naturally organic wines characterized by quality, innovation and respectful oftechnology. A modern winery led by a young entrepreneur who has decided to get involved to pursue her dreams: wine and the territory.

Who is Eleonora Bianchi?

Born in 1995, Eleonora cultivated a deep love for the area from an early age, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She attended the Arnaldo classical high school in Brescia and subsequently the Faculty of Law at UniBs. And it was precisely in those years that she discovered the world of wine and that she decided to engage in the young, modern and innovative project of Terre d'Aenòr, whose name derives from the Germanic root of Eleonora. As? Focusing a lot on Social Channels, every Wednesday her column is published on Instagram and Facebook: "The Vlog, everything that happens told by Eleonora". Eleonora, in this adventure, can count on the help of a symbol of the classic method in an organic version, Ermes Vianelli.

The Franciacorta of Terre d'Aenòr

Il Satèn Ricciolina – (the only wine from the company that has its own name) is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. With a straw yellow color, it is a bubble with fruity aromas and light hints of yeast and dry pastries.

Extra Brut conquers with fragrant, fruity floral notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Represented by 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes, it presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and fragrant hints on the finish such as bread crust and yeast.

Il Brut Terre d'Aenòr It is made up of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir grapes. It is striking for its straw yellow colour, softness on the palate with floral, fruity notes of citrus, dried fruit and fragrant notes of bread crust.

Il Franciacorta Rosé (80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay) presents itself to the eye with a beautiful old pink and coppery reflections, while on the palate fruity notes stand out, in particular red fruits and citrus fruits, vegetables (tobacco and aromatic herbs).

Il Franciacorta Demi, represented by Chardonnay 60% and Pinot Bianco 40%, is a beautiful straw yellow with a rich foam. The nose is slightly floral with elegant notes of ripe fruit. On the finish it releases all its softness.

Il Pas Dosè vintage (obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes) is a straw yellow wine with golden reflections and notes of tropical fruit chestnut honey on the nose.

Among the organic still wines we find the Curtefranca Doc IS Norì (100% Chardonnnay), with an intense straw yellow color with flashes of green gold. It has floral and fruity notes (orange, bergamot, plum) and herbaceous notes (barley malt, bulbs and roots). Then there's the Sebino Igt Spadone (40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% Merlot). The color is a beautiful deep ruby. On the nose it presents fruity, ripe and warm notes, the cherry in syrup stands out, followed by hints of sweet liquorice, Sichuan pepper and dried plums. It closes with delicate toasted and balsamic notes of incense.
