The "Deloitte Best Managed Companies" (BMC) award is the recognition aimed at companies that have distinguished themselves for their strategy, skills, commitment to people and performance. The companies were awarded on the Italian Stock Exchange (Palazzo Mezzanotte, Milan) as part of the Deloitte initiative supported by ALTIS Catholic University, by ELITE - the project of the London Stock Exchange Group which supports the development and growth of high-potential companies – and by Confindustria.

“This award – declares Carlo Robiglio – represents, not only for me, a first generation entrepreneur, but for our large community made up of all his collaborators, a great satisfaction and an acknowledgment for a commitment of over twenty-five years, made up of sacrifices and dotted with difficult moments and a new starting point. Attention to people and to the local area, yesterday as today, are and remain the cornerstones of our commitment and the competitive driver of our group".

“The story of Ebano – explains Carlo Robiglio – has deep roots and begins with the idea, born around the early nineties, of giving life to an entrepreneurial initiative in the world of publishing and culture which could, in the first place, enhance the history, traditions and values of a territory. Continuous training together with investments in research and innovation are the strategic pillars for our growth. We expand our range of action according to a vertical model, developing the skills acquired”, continues Robiglio. "So, after the cooking courses we moved on to social eating, from training for dog trainers we expanded the business to the e-commerce sale of pet products and the management of a special platform to promote sharing economy models for owners of pets".

Ebano offers itself as an interlocutor for the partner company to design and manage all-round outsourcing services, bringing efficiency and profit to the set of activities which, in the value chain of a company, involve the relationship with its stakeholders. The Ebano Group through Cef Publishing is also in Elite, the international program born in Borsa Italiana in 2012 in collaboration with Confindustria and dedicated to the most ambitious companies, with a solid business model and a clear growth strategy and is a company strongly committed to social issues and sustainability.
