Fonsai sells 27,2% of Citylife to Generali

Fonsai sells 27,2% of Citylife to Generali

Immobiliare Milano Assicurazioni, a subsidiary of FonSai, has finalized the closing of the sale transaction in favor of Generali Properties of the entire stake in Citylife, equal to 27,20% of the latter's capital. The price of the equity investment is 109,3 million euros and was paid in a lump sum, as the arbitrator Leonardo & Co Spa had already established, appointed jointly by the parties on the basis of specific criteria established previously. The disposal of the equity investment guarantees the realization of a civil capital gain for Milano Assicurazioni of approximately 12,9 million euros and approximately 31 million euros in the consolidated financial statements, both for Milano Assicurazioni and for Fondiaria-Sai.
