A video call with the Revenue Agency to carry out operations, receive assistance from a qualified operator and resolve your problems with the tax authorities as quickly as possible. Now remote assistance with video is possible. After an initial phase of experimentation launched in some large cities last autumn, for taxpayers with registered debts it is in fact available the "online helpdesk" service, which will allow you to do everything with a simple video call.

Online Desk: Video calls available in 15 regions

The novelty is active in all provinces of 15 regions: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Puglia, Sardinia, Tuscany, Valle d'Aosta and Veneto, to which are added the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano and the provincial areas of Rome, Milan and Brescia .

Thanks to the new service, a large number of users will be able to receive remote assistance without the need to go to the counter. To speak in real time with an employee of the Revenue-Collection Agency, it will be sufficient to sit in front of the PC or pick up smartphones and tablets. The new video calling service will allow you to carry out transactions and receive information specifics on folders, installments, suspensions and refunds. 

How to book the video call with the Revenue Agency

The video call can also be booked. To do this, simply access your private area on the Revenue Agency portal, using only the SPID and CIE credentials.

Once logged in, it will be necessary to enter the "Appointments and contacts" section and book, choosing the day and time up to the next four working days. Once the reservation has been made, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail with useful information and instructions for starting the video call. To start the video call, you will need to log in again.reserved area of the portal, enter the "Consult your appointment diary" section, and start the connection. A maximum delay of 10 minutes with respect to the fixed time is allowed, after which the appointment will no longer be available.

The "online counter" in video call in the coming monthsi will be extended to all regions as part of the digitization project undertaken by the Revenue Agency-Collection with the aim of developing new remote services that can make the relationship with taxpayers increasingly easier and more immediate.
