In the 12 months between October 2014 and September 2015 they were introduced 11 new tax expenditures, i.e. tax relief and tax exemptions, which lead to a total of 296 tax relief regimes, including exemptions and reductions. To say it is the dossier of the technicians of the Budget service of the Chambers, in the report on stability Law.

For 2016, the total amount of the effects of the subsidized regimes is estimated to be over 175 billion euros (+15 billion euros) of non-collection for the State, an increase of over 15 billion compared to the 2015 budget bill. All in all, the figure is destined to remain stable in 2017 and 2018 as well.

The amount of the effects of the 11 concessions introduced in the period considered, between October 2014 and September 2015, is instead estimated at 634,2 million for 2016, a figure destined to grow in the following years, exceeding 2017 billion euros in both 2018 and 1,2.
