FIRSTonline, in July new monthly record of direct views

The summer of FIRSTonline is starting very well. The heat that torments Italy does not slow down reading and the desire for quality information, reliable and at the same time pleasant. In July, direct visits to FIRSTonline, an independent economics and finance site which has entered its eighth year of life, were 1 million, 330 thousand and 393, according to Google Analytics surveys. This is the new monthly record of direct views of FIRSTonline, net of contacts collected on social networks and on the portal msn.it, of which the site is the official supplier of economic and financial information content.

The previous monthly visit record was set by FIRSTonline in March with a total of 1 million 238 thousand and 83 direct visits. In July, direct views grew by almost 100 units.

Three drivers of the site's leap forward: economic policy, with the concerns recorded by the financial markets for the risks that the electoral promises of the League and the Five Stars will push the Government to override the European parameters and to inflame deficits and public debt; the sudden and painful death of Sergio Marchionne, the top manager who saved Fiat and Chrysler making them the seventh largest automotive group in the world; and finally the start of the summer holidays with the nightmare of an African heat and the usual torments of traffic linked to the exodus from the big cities.

But the swing of the Stock Exchange and the surge in the spread, the quarterly balance sheet data of the large groups listed on Piazza Affari and the news of the transfer market - with Cristiano Ronaldo's deal of the century at Juventus - also contributed to the monthly record references to the services of FIRST Arte, the new satellite site of FIRSTonline dedicated to culture and the world and the art market.

Just the good performance of FIRST Art prompted FIRSTonline to schedule the launch of other vertical sites within the year, the first of which is expected between September and October and will also represent an important novelty in this case.
