In great evidence yesterday in Piazza Affari Finmeccanica (+4,14%, however today it loses 1% to 4,282 euros per share), after land indiscretions reported yesterday by the Russian newspaper Kommersant that they see in fact AgustaWestland as a possible strategic partner of Russian Helicopters. According to Kommersant, the Moscow group is evaluating the solution of an industrial alliance as an alternative to the stock market listing project: the share package that could be the subject of negotiations with a possible partner would be 25%. According to Mediobanca Securities experts, the operation is unlikely to be feasible due to the current financial conditions of the Italian company.
