Finlogic, active in the sector of solutions for the automatic coding and identification of products, has acquired 100% of Combigraf, a company from San Polo di Piave (Treviso) specialized in the production of adhesive labels. This represents the The group's fourth acquisition in less than a year, after that of Graficas Galegas, concluded a few days ago.
Finlogic: 15 acquisitions in 7 years and turnover over 100 million
With this acquisition, Finlogic continues his growth strategy for external lines, leading to 15 the total number of acquisitions carried out in the last seven years. In the 2024, the turnover group aggregate exceeded 100 million euros.
Combigraph, with a wide range of adhesive labels and packaging solutions, serves various sectors, including food & beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and plastics. The company stands out for the high quality of its products and for a solid production structure with 13 printing plants, 5 of which are digital.
The agreement, subject to the usual verification of the suspensive clauses, is will conclude by May 15th 2025, continuing Finlogic's growth path in the labeling and coding landscape.
