Quasi 92 million euros to the Berlusconi family, Of which 56 to the former Prime Minister. That amounts to that the maxi-dividend "mid-year" than in recent weeks Fininvest it turned over to the owners of the parent company of Mondadori and Mediaset.

The coupon is not linked to the results of the financial year: it is the distribution of part of the reserves. The same operation was carried out last year, but in that case the funds allocated to the Berlusconi family amounted to 81,5 million euros.

In particular, of the companies that control the capital of Fininvest, four report directly to Silvio Berlusconi (Holding Italiana Prima, Seconda, Terza and Ottava) and have 60% of the parent company in the safe, thus earning a slice of the dividend equal to 56 million.

Marina and Pier Silvio Berlusconi, both shareholders of Fininvest with a 7,65% stake through their respective personal companies, collected over 7 million each, while Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi (joined in Holding Italiana Quattordicesima which owns 21,4% of via Paleocapa) a total of around 20 million went.

Meanwhile, in recent days, Silvio Berlusconi closed the 2015 financial statements of some of his personal holding companies by directly distributing around 35 million euros. There Ottava Italian Holding, which holds 20,5% of Fininvest and also has equity investments in Immobiliare Dueville and Immobiliare Milanodue, closed the year ended 30 September 2015 with net profits of 17,7 million: this amount, together with the distribution of 2,3 million of reserves, allowed the former Prime Minister to collect a coupon of 19,9 million. Before this operation, the company had reserves of around 51 million.

La Second Italian Holding, which owns 15,7% of Fininvest as well as a stake in Holding Italiana Terza, instead detached a dividend of 14,5 million consisting of 12,6 million of net profits for 2015 and 1,8 million of reserves. In cash, the Seconda retains liquidity for 12,5 million pre-dividend.
