Film and Food: the first cinema-restaurant in Italy in Milan with Eataly menus

Taking advantage of dinner or an aperitif to watch a film, as if to combine business with pleasure, or if we want pleasure with pleasure. In Milan it is possible. In fact, the Sala Nobel reopens, the first cinema-restaurant in Italy, hosted by Anteo Palazzo del Cinema e curated by Eataly Emerald Milan.

Born in 2017 from the partnership of the two Milanese realities, the Sala Nobel is an innovative entertainment format that marries the taste of cinema with that of quality food, following the example of what has already been implemented in Berlin and Chicago. From Monday to Sunday you can carve out a moment of taste by following the plots of the selected films and comfortably tasting the proposals from the Eataly kitchen in an armchair.

The formulas designed ad hoc for the Nobel Room are the "AperEataly" aperitif from Thursday to Sunday at 18.00, dinner from Monday to Sunday at 20 or lunch scheduled for Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at 00:13 with dedicated menus (with a vegetarian proposal for each formula) to be accompanied by wines, beers and soft drinks from the Eataly Drinking Card.

Two menus are currently on offer: "John", which includes Mondeghini alla Milanese with tartar sauce, Gnocchetti with Fassona ragù, Artichoke flan with Parmigiano Reggiano cream and chestnuts. In the second menu "Samuel" you can choose: chickpea hummus with corn flakes, Milanese risotto, artichoke flan with Parmigiano Reggiano cream and chestnuts. There are also two choices for dessert, Tiramisu Eataly or fresh fruit sliced. Everything is designed for a level tasting. The times of the meal are marked by the projections and the service staff work in compliance with the vision, while the functionality of the seats allows you to eat comfortably while watching the film.

In short, a real restaurant that differs from a place opened two years ago in Naples, the Hart, a historic Neapolitan single room, located in Chiaia, one of the wealthiest districts of the city restructured in a unique way: away with the classic armchairs to put (3 seater), sofas (2 seater) and spacious armchairs with a bistro bar where viewers can order food before or during the movie

The Nobel restaurant cinema room reopened with two important films screened both in Italian and in the original version with Italian subtitles: "Belfast" by Kenneth Branagh and "The portrait of the Duke" with Helen Mirren.
