Ferrari, Marchionne ready to launch the first bond

The CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Fca) and recently number one of Ferrari, wrote in a document filed with the SEC, the authority that supervises US listed companies, that the company is preparing the issue of a Maranello-branded bond.

Marchionne doubles. After the first move of the (double) listing on the Stock Exchange, the CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and recently number one of Ferrari, wrote in a document filed with the SEC, the authority that supervises US listed companies, that he I plan to launch the first Maranello-branded bond loan.

An operation, that of the first bond launched by the Prancing Horse, which will lead the racing house to go into debt, even though it has cash in hand for over 1,5 billion euros. The additional liquidity will, however, be used to finance the 2,25 billion large dividends, intended to reduce Fiat Auto's debts.
