Ferragamo: profits +7% in 2015, dividend at 0,46 euro

Profits reached 174 million, while revenues amounted to 1,4 billion (+7%) – Net financial debt decreased from 49 to 10 million euros on an annual basis

Ferragamo: profits +7% in 2015, dividend at 0,46 euro

Savior Ferragamo ended 2015 with a Net income of 174 million, up 7% compared to 164 million in 2014, and an Ebit up 8%. THE revenues amounted to 1,4 billion (+7%). By virtue of these results, the BoD will propose to the assembly the distribution of a dividend equal to 0,46 euro, an increase of 10% compared to 0,42 euro in 2014.

As for the other balance sheet data, the mol amounted to 948 million euros, an increase of 12% compared to 2014. The gross operating result increased by 11% in 2015, going from 293 million euros to 324 million euros (including the negative hedging effect for 51 million euros), with a percentage margin on revenues up from 22,0% to 22,7%.

Just in fourth quarter, the ebitda went from 90 million euros to 107 million euros, up by 19% compared to the same period of 2014, with a percentage incidence on revenues of 26,1%, compared to 23,9% in the fourth quarter 2014.

THEnet financial debt it decreased, going from 49 million euro at 31 December 2014 to 10 million euro at 31 December 2015 after having distributed dividends during the year for approximately 71 million euro.

In the entire 2015 financial year, the group generated a increase in operating cash flow (+39% compared to 2014), bringing its amount to 197 million euros (53 million euros in the fourth quarter alone, +37% compared to the same period of 2014).
