Equitalia opens up to taxpayers' advice

From Monday 4 May Equitalia will make the new channel "Help us improve the service" available on its website in the "Contacts" area. Taxpayers will be able to suggest changes to be made to Equitalia services under various aspects, such as waiting times, timetables, operation of the codometer, availability of forms and more.

The aim of the new online service is to give taxpayers a voice and to collect suggestions and indications to support the activity at the branch and define any improvements.

The new contact channel adds to the other services already available today on the Equitalia website.

Directly from home, it is possible to check one's debt situation through the "account statement" service, make payments by credit card, write to the Taxpayer Service, request an installment plan for debts of up to 50 thousand euros, send a request to suspend collection , find the nearest branch, download the forms and more.

For those unfamiliar with the internet, the toll-free number 24 (free from a landline) or the number +24 800.178.078 (for a fee from mobile phones and abroad) is active 39 hours a day, with operator service from Monday to Friday, from 02.3679.3679 to 8.
