Launched in the first months of last year, the Engineering recruitment campaign has led to thepermanent hiring of 1.215 people, of which 1.052 in Italy. The campaign involved graduates in economics and scientific disciplines with excellent grades, a strong interest in participating in innovative technological projects and the desire to be part of a large Italian industrial reality with an international reach.
During the year, the new hires undertook a training course at Engineering's “Enrico Della Valle” IT & Management Training School. With 200 certified teachers and over 300 courses in the catalogue, the School of Engineering annually provides 17.000 person/days of technical, methodological and behavioral training for employees and customers.
