Enel X Financial Services has signed an agreement with Sia, a company active in payment services and infrastructures controlled by CDP Equity and which will soon merge with Nexi. The agreement provides for the design and implementation of new mobile banking solutions.

By virtue of the agreement entered into, Enel X customers will be able to carry out mobile payments taking advantage of Sia's technological platforms. 

“With Sia's support, Enel X Financial Services will manage multiple types of transactions, starting with those carried out for the recharging of electric cars on the Hubject circuit, an e-mobility joint venture in which the BMW Group, Bosch, EnBW, Enel X, Innogy, Mercedes Benz AG, Siemens and the Volkswagen Group participate and which boasts over 750 business partners and 250.000 interoperable charging points worldwide” , reads the note from the company which also underlines that the agreement will allow Enel X Financial Services to strengthen its presence in the digital payments market. .

Thanks to this strategic partnership, we will in fact be able to develop and offer our customers new payment and financial flow management services, starting with electric vehicle charging operations.”
