Enel's board of directors will today designate Roberto Deambrogio to lead the activities in Latin America headed by Enersis.
This was reported by two sources familiar with the dossier, reported by Reuters.
“Deambrogio, current head of Eastern Europe, will replace Luigi Ferraris as CEO of Enersis,” said the first source.
The second source added that the designation will take place today. The appointment takes place a few days after the resignation of Luigi Ferraris who, according to rumors, will go to Poste Spa as financial director.
