2,1 billion to the Treasury from Enel. The proceeds for the Treasury from the sale of 540.116.400 Enel ordinary shares, corresponding to approximately 5,74% of the company's capital, concluded on February 26, amounted to 2.163.166.182 euros.
With an internal dealing communication, Enel formalises the sale of the stake at €4,005 per share in the filing model to Borsa Italiana.
