The third edition of Edison Pulse begins, the competition that rewards the best innovative startups in Italy. The call is for groups formed by at least three people between the ages of 18 and 30 who have not yet incorporated into society. It is possible to register from today until April 20 on www.edisonpulse.it.
There are 195 euros up for grabs for the most innovative ideas in three categories: the Internet of Things (IoT), which brings together projects that make everyday tools and objects interact in an intelligent way; Low Carbon City for proposals aimed at improving the livability of cities through energy efficiency, the streamlining of urban transport or the reuse of resources; and Sharing Economy for projects that promise to create new social platforms (such as Airbnb and Uber) or to exploit existing ones in an original way, in order to bring people together to share, exchange or sell goods and services generating economic or social benefits for the community.
