Deutsche Bank: nightmare third quarter, 6 billion lost

Nightmare third quarter for the accounts of Deutsche Bank. The German bank closed the quarter between July and September with a loss of 6 billion euros. The figure is even more impressive if compared with the "red" of the same quarter of the previous year which was 94 million euro.

The charges for legal proceedings and the maxi-devaluation of the investment held in the Chinese institute have plunged the accounts Hua Xia bank.

Overall, Deutsche Bank closed the first nine months of 2015 with a net loss of 4,65 billion euros, compared to a profit of 1,25 billion euros booked in the same period last year, as a result of writedowns for 7,6 billion euros. On the other hand, operating income increased, rising from 24,12 billion to 26,88 billion euro.
