The operation envisages a series of capital increases for a total of 768 million euros, of which 500 million to service the listing.

De Agostini buys Unicredit properties for 400 million, Ipo Idea Re is coming soon

De Agostini, through the subsidiary Idea Real Estate, has decided to purchase a portfolio of Unicredit properties collected in the Omicron Plus fund managed by the asset management company of the Idea Fimit group. The total price exceeds 400 million euros. 

This operation will be the first step towards the listing expected for the end of the year of the same Idea Real Estate which has already adhered to the subsidized tax regime envisaged for the so-called siiq.

The operation envisages a series of capital increases for a total of 768 million euros, of which 500 million to service the listing. 

In the context of the IPO, it is specified in the minutes of the meeting that "a portion of this first capital increase must be offered to Dea Capital spa and/or to another company of the group". 

A small share of Idea Real Estate will also be subscribed by Idea Fimit, the asset management company of the De Agostini group, which manages the Omicron Plus fund.
