The stability bill will be examined by the Senate Hall starting Monday, December 17. This was decided by the group leaders of Palazzo Madama. The green light, probably with the government's request for confidence, should arrive the following day, Tuesday 18.
In the meantime, other provisions end up on a dead end: the bill on balanced budgets, in implementation of article 81 of the Constitution, which will not be examined by the Senate before the end of the legislature; the bill with the fiscal delegation, which will not see the green light of the Senate, as certified by the Conference of group leaders of Palazzo Madama which has decided the calendar of work for next week, destined to be the last of the legislature.
However, it is not yet excluded that some rules can be recovered in the stability bill even if, certainly, proxies cannot enter into the provision on public accounts. And again: the Ddl with the reform of the electoral law and the Dl on the reorganization of the Provinces, which come out of the calendar of works of the Senate Hall.
