The shareholders' meeting of Credemholding, the company that controls 77,3% of Credito Emiliano, closed the 2017 financial statements by resolving the distribution of a dividend of 1,75 euro per share, stable compared to 2016. The coupon will be paid starting from from 21 June 2018 (ex-dividend date) for a total amount of dividends of €28.837.989.
As regards the accounts, Credemholding recorded a consolidated profit of 142,3 million euros last year, up 41,8% compared to 100,3 million euros in 2016.
The Shareholders' Meeting also appointed directors Giorgio Ferrari, Mariaelena Fontanesi and Ignazio Maramotti for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The Board of Directors held at the end of the Shareholders' Meeting confirmed Giorgio Ferrari as Chairman. Furthermore, Ignazio Maramotti was appointed vice president.
