The Credem Group has obtained certification from the Great Place To Work Institute, an international body that assesses the quality of the workplace. The new recognition follows the third renewal of the certification also by Top Employer, another international body that deals with evaluations in the field of human resources.
“We are very proud of the double certification obtained - declares Stefano Pilastri, deputy general manager and personnel director of Credem - We are convinced that people's well-being makes the difference also in the quality of service that can be guaranteed to customers. For some years now we have been supporting a very articulated Corporate Welfare programme, with initiatives to support maternity, the balance between working and non-working life, psychophysical well-being and prevention. It is also thanks to these policies that Credem was able to hire about 800 people in three years".
Credem is also continuing its recruitment plan in 2018 (applications can be submitted via the website www.credem.it on the "Work with us" page). In 2017 alone, the bank has already recruited a total of 256 people, 74% of whom are young, with a growth in the workforce of 0,8% compared to 2016 and 5,5% in three years. Around 2015 people have therefore been hired since the beginning of 800.
