Who should get the fourth dose of the Covid vaccine? And when?

If at first the circular of the Ministry of Health, last 8 April, recommended the second booster to the over 80s, with the worsening of the epidemiological situation, the ministry has widened the audience to the over 60s, even if healthy, and to the frail with more than 12 years.
