UniCredit and Rete ITS Italy have renewed the Framework Agreement, originally signed in April 2023, to support the national network of Higher Technological Institutes. The agreement consolidates the joint path the bank and ITS have undertaken, aimed at enhancing human capital and promoting ongoing dialogue between education, business, and the local community.
The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between the Bank and the ITS system, recognizing that technological transition cannot ignore the value of people. UniCredit intends to contribute to the development of an educational ecosystem capable of responding to the country's demographic, social, and professional changes, supporting a more inclusive and sustainable growth model.
The partnership with the ITS Italy Network—which currently brings together 121 foundations active in 11 strategic technological sectors for national competitiveness—aims to promote joint initiatives in three priority areas:
- job orientation,
- post-diploma specialized training,
- support for youth entrepreneurship.
The renewal of the Agreement is part of a broader vision that views training not only as a tool for accessing employment, but as a lever for the active participation of young people in processes of economic and social transformation.
With this in mind, UniCredit intends to help build a network of relationships that facilitates the matching of skills supply and demand, nurturing talent and promoting entrepreneurship.
