Enel is evaluating the possibility of selling two photovoltaic parks and a wind farm in the Northeast of Brazil.
In particular, the assets, owned by Enel Green Power, are located in the areas of Bahia and Piauì and have an installed capacity of around 540 MW, of which 450 MW from solar plants and 90 MW from wind generation.
Last month Enel strengthened in Brazil by acquiring 73,4% of the capital of Eletropaulo, to then rise to 76,2%. Not only that: the Italian group could exceed the threshold of 85% in the capital of the Paulista company by taking over 7,97% in the hands of the Brazilian state and included in the list of salable public investments.
By mid-morning, Enel's share on the Stock Exchange gained 0,74%, to 4,89 euros.
