The Board of Tua Assicurazioni, of the Cattolica group, has chosen the new managing director. It's about Nazareno Cerni, who will begin to hold the position from 2019 January XNUMX. Cerni will also continue to hold the positions of deputy general manager and Non-Motor Damage manager of the Cattolica Assicurazioni group and chief executive officer of Cattre, a reinsurance company dedicated to non-traditional risk lines of recent establishment.

Meanwhile, a new entry is also being celebrated in the Cattolica group: last December 18th Francis Minelli he joined the management team of the Veneto insurance company with the position of Director in charge of the newly established Group Marketing Department, reporting directly to the General Manager of Markets and Distribution Channels Carlo Ferraresi. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of the Catholic University of Milan, where he was a researcher in the Information Systems area, Francesco Minelli he was Director of Innovation and Services of ANIA and has held positions in leading Italian financial institutions, gaining a solid background in marketing and in the development of the commercial offer of products and services, with a particular focus on technological innovation.

The General Manager of Markets and Distribution Channels Carlo Ferraresi commented: “The Cattolica team is enriched today with the arrival of a high-profile manager. Under the guidance of Francesco Minelli, the newly formed Group Marketing Department will be able to offer a strong and transversal service to all distribution channels and to all Group companies. This will happen accelerating product innovation and on the creation of an ecosystem of services, as envisaged in the 2018-2020 Business Plan, continuing the work already set out by Marco Lamola and Massimo Montecchio. At the same time, with this new structure, Cattolica invests in the growth and strengthening of the agency network, also confirmed by the recent system agreement reached with the agent groups. Distribution is of strategic importance for the Group and will develop further thanks also to the professionalism of Marco Lamola, who has already amply demonstrated his ability to work profitably for the good of the Company and the agency network and who will dedicate himself specifically to this important asset ”.
