The consultancy firm will contract at least 2021 new graduates in technology subjects by 500, as well as hundreds of professionals

Capgemini hires over 1.000 young people throughout Italy

By the end of 2021 Capgemini will complete the hiring of 1.100 young graduates in Italy, confirming the intentions expressed in the strategic plan. The IT consultancy company will go to value above all scientific and technological skills, hiring at least 500 recent graduates in those disciplines, as well as 650 professionals with experience ranging from 2 to 15 years, in specific areas of technological expertise: Architecture (cloud, mobile, data, enterprise and solution architect); Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Data (Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Governance, Data Scientist); Mobile; Cyber ​​Security; Java, SAP.

The new hires, under the supervision of the new HR Director Michelangelo Ceresani (ex Accenture, Vodafone Italia, Luxottica Group) will find places throughout the country, in the various hubs of Capgemini in Turin, Milan, Venice, Bologna, Rome and Naples. In these centers, the talents will deal with projects in specific market sectors (Automotive, Infrastructures & Transportation, Aeronautics, Space, Defense, Railway, Energy, Electronics, Life Sciences, Telecoms & Media) linked to the most innovative technologies on the market: Big Data , Analytics, Internet of Things, Digital Transformation, Immersive Reality, Virtual Reality, Smart Factory and all new tools that will characterize the intelligent industry.
