Bper, with new industrial plan via 450 employees

The 2012-2014 industrial plan of Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna provides for the exit of 450 employees. This is what emerges from the presentation of the plan to the financial community by CEO Luigi Odorici who, in any case, declared that he hoped that most of it could take place "through the accrual of pension requirements".

Another 750 employees will also be relocated within the group. On the methods of leaving the workers, the top management underlined that they could be different and that no decisions have yet been taken. As for the timing, group planning and control manager Alessandro Simonazzi noted that part of the cost savings will be accounted for in 2012, but most of it will go to 2013 and 2014.
