Last week's correction was fatal for the Italian stock exchange. The Ftse Mib index not only lost 5,74% but also lost the pink jersey among the major European Union indexes which it had held since the beginning of 2014. It was snatched by the Ibex35 of Madrid which, despite losing during the week, 3,89%, is up this year by 2% against 1,19% for the Ftse Mib.
On the other hand, the lists of the three major European financial centers are all in negative territory: London (-2,44% for the Ftse100), Paris (-2,99% for the Cac40) and Frankfurt (-5,68% for the Dax30).
Among the minor European Stock Exchanges, the performances of Turkey (+16,49%), Norway (+7,72%) and Belgium still stand out.
