Stock exchange, Fiat flies after the rock of recesses

Snapshot of Fiat at the start of the session after the latest updates on the recessions, which by not exceeding the limit of 500 million euros in fact pave the way for the merger between Fiat and Chrysler and for the listing of the group also on Wall Street. The stock opened up 2,6% and is now traveling with a gain of around 3% at 7,67 euros. Fiat announced that it has received withdrawal rights to date for an amount of less than 500 million and expects that the maximum number of shares for which the withdrawal has been validly exercised will result in an overall exposure lower than the established limit.
