Borsa, Vetrya in the AIM by the end of July

The Umbrian company, fully active in the digital economy and defined by some as the "little Italian Google", presented the pre-admission request to AIM Italia to Borsa Italiana.

Vetrya on the stock exchange by the end of July. As confirmed by the president and CEO Luca Tomassini in ainterview given to FIRSTonline last 2 July, the Umbrian company active at 360 degrees in the digital economy and defined by some as the "little Italian Google", presented the request for pre-admission to AIM Italia to Borsa Italiana.

The company, communicates a note, intends to use the net proceeds deriving from the underwriting part of the offer, which will mainly be a capital increase, to support growth plans, through the core business development through international expansion aiming at the main European markets, Latin America, Asian countries, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa. "All by continuing to invest in R&D and in the development of platforms for the distribution of multimedia content and exploiting growth opportunities also for external lines through the acquisitions of other small sector operators in order to consolidate the competitive positioning", reads the press release.

As part of the admission procedure to Piazza Affari, Vetrya is assisted by Banca Finnat as Nomad and Global Coordinator, by Ambromobiliare as financial consultant, by the Grimaldi law firm for the legal aspects and by PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditing firm.

In 2015 Vetrya, which is based in Orvieto and which develops platforms and services for any branch of information technology, recorded a production value of 37 million, for the fifth year of strong growth. According to estimates, the forecast data for 2016 show revenues of approximately 46 million euros (compared to 35 million euros in 2015) and EBITDA of approximately 6 million euros.
