Stock market: Triboo Media debuts on Aim with a leap of 12,5%

Triboo Media, a company specializing in latest generation online advertising, made its debut this morning on Aim Italia with an increase of 12,50% to 4,5 euros. The stock marks +17% at 4,68 euros, compared to the 4 euros of the placement, for a capitalization of around 64 million euros.

The placement, aimed only at institutional investors, received requests equal to about four times the offer, for a collection of 24 million euros, a record for Aim together with Gala, which debuted yesterday.

"The goal is to switch to the other market (MTA, ed) in two years: we hope not to disappoint investors in this new adventure", was the comment during the listing ceremony by Alberto Zilli, CEO, shareholder and founder of Triboo Average.

Giulio Corno, chairman and shareholder of the newly listed company, said he was very proud of the listing on the Stock Exchange. "Let's not focus on the share price - he said - it's not financial speculation given that most of the operation took place through a capital increase".

For Massimo Tononi, president of Borsa Italiana, today is “an important day, this listing is the strengthening of the strategy we have been following for a long time: facilitating access to the capital market for those SMEs that stand out for excellence. We are at the fifth quotation of 2014, the trend is very positive”.
