Stock market, Saipem recovers after yesterday's collapse

Saipem try the rebound. After yesterday's collapse when he lost more than 7% in Piazza Affari, dragged down by the rumors of a capital increase, Eni's subsidiary tries to rise on the Stock Exchange, and in mid-morning it registers an increase of around 2,60%, signaling itself as the most brilliant stock of the Ftse Mib.

As mentioned, the rumors, relaunched by Il Sole 24 Ore, weighed on Saipem's stock, according to which the Fondo Strategico Italiano of the CDP would be ready to join the group in view of a capital increase, between 1,5 and 2,5 billion euros. In this case, the FSI would have taken over a part of Eni's share in the company, bringing it to around 20% of Saipem's capital.
