Finmeccanica (+2,7% around 11 am) and the subsidiary Ansaldo Sts (+2,2% at the same time) continue to rise on the stock market, extending yesterday's rally in the wake of the words of the managing director Alessandro Pansa course of the hearing before the productive activities commission of the Chamber.
Pansa confirmed that, in line with the group's strategic plan drawn up starting last February, Finmeccanica intends to sell the transport sector (Ansaldo Sts and AnsaldoBreda). Negotiations have been underway for some time with General Electric, which however appears to be interested only in Ansaldo Sts.
